The quantitative methods must be rigorous, not just subjective evaluation
Use one or more of the quantitative methods that we have discussed:
protocol analysis, creative ideation, information discovery, or flow.
Also use subjective user experience data.
Gather subjective quantitative data with quantized Likert scales.
Gather qualitative data with open-ended questions, using questionnaires and/or
semi-structured interviews. For this data, pick a balanced set of
exemplars. Report trends.
Turn in 2-4 pages. Include graphs, and statistic analyses of validity.
